MAY NOT OBSTRUCT FIRE LANE, HANDICAP ACCESS (MAINTAIN STATE ADA/TAS REQUIREMENTS <minimum 6ft pedestrian walkways>), MANDATORY PARKING, STREET TRAFFIC, RIGHT OF WAY, OR VISIBILITY(VAM).
ONE BANNER NOT TO EXCEED 48 SQ FT MAY BE ATTACHED TO THE TENT WITHOUT ADDITIONAL SIGN PERMIT REQUIRED.
NO BANNERS ARE TO BE POSTED TO FENCES, RAILINGS, ETC.
ALL AIRBORNE DEVICES (FLAGS, PENNANTS, BALLOONS, ETC.) ARE PROHIBITIED PER ORDINANCE 11-01-04.
ELECTRICAL SERVICE/GENERATORS NOT INCLUDEDWITH TENT PERMIT.
ELECTRIAL PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR TEMPORARY POWER AND ANY OTHER ELECTRIAL INSTALLATIONS AT THE PREMISES. ELECTRICAL WORK REQUIRES INSPECTION.
ANY/ALL FOOD PROVISIONS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE HEALTH AND FOOD SAFETY DEPARTMENT UNDER SEPERATE PERMIT.
