3- PENDING SUBMITTAL OF ASBESTOS & CODE COMPLIANCE FORMS (SIGNED & SEALED AS REQ'D), TDLR REGISTR'N #, IECC ANALYSIS AND M.E.P. SIGNED AND SEALED ACCREDITATION LETTER (CONCERNING THE SUBMITTED UNSEALED DWGS) FOR THIS PERMIT TO BE VALID.
4- PROVIDE ADEQUATE PARKING FACILITY AS REQ'D UNLESS OTHERWISE PERMITTED BY CITY OFFICIALS.
5-APPLICABLE DETAILS OF ALL REQ'D FIRE RATED ELEMENTS MUST CONFORM TO RESPECTIVE UL DESIGN & FIRE SEALS DOCUMENTATIONS AS APPROVED AND TO BE EXIBITED UPON REQUEST ON THE JOB.
6- ALTERNATE #6 TO BE INCLUDED IN BASIC BLDG CONSTRUCTION.
7- SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FROM M.E.P. REVIEWS, FIRE MARSHAL AND FIELD INSPECTIONS.
