1. 1 hour fire/smoke construction w/ 3 5/8” metal studs w/ 5/8” type X gypsum on both sides up to deck, fire caulk floor to ceiling.
2. Need high/low drinking fountain---new owners will provide free bottled water to patrons, letter has been rec'd. and filed pertaining to this issue.
3. per shell plan all doors are existing.
4. fully sprinkled.
5. all work will be subject to field app'd. inspections.
6. tempered glass where req'd.
