2- PROVIDE ADDITIONAL DUAL DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE FOR THIS BLDG AS PER STANDARD CITY REQUIREMENTS. MUST BE APPROVED BY THE ENVIRONM'L SVCS DEPT (972-335-5519) BEFORE STARTING ANY WORK). PARKING SPACES TAKEN AWAY BY THE ADDED DUMPSTER FACILITY MAY BE RELOCATED ELSEWHERE ON SITE (EITHER LOT 1 OR LOT 2). PROVIDE 20' RADIUS AISLE TURNS WHERE NEEDED FOR ANY KIND OF TRUCKING CIRCULATION, AS REQ'D. (ALL SITE REVISIONS TO BE RESUBMITTED ON UPDATED SITE PLAN).
3- BOTTOM OF EIFS FINISH (NOT ALLOWED BELOW 9' ABOVE GRADE PER ZONING ORDINANCE) MAY BE ACCEPTABLE NOT LOWER THAN THE "IMPOST" OF THE ARCHED FENESTRATIONS & OVER A CONTINUOUS CAST-STONE WATER TABLE SURMOUNTING THE STONE VEENER FINISH BELOW.
4- IECC REQ'D BLDG ENVELOPE INSULATION IS CONDITIONAL TO THIS PERMIT, THEREFORE TO BE PROVIDED UNDER SHELL CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY, INCLUDING ANY INSULATION THAT MIGHT BE INSTALLED BY OTHERS.
