1- Permit is for tent site at Dr. Pepper Ballpark Parking Lot.
2- 1-256 FT x 144 FT tent.
3- Max occupant load 2820 for tent.
4- Permit valid 3/26/2021 through 4/12/2021.
5- Permit does not authorize event or misc. structures.
6- No temporary structures aside from tents are authorized or
permitted under this permit.
7- Office containers are not included in tent permit.
8- May not obstruct fire lane, handicap parking & accessibility,
mandatory parking, street traffic, right of way, or visibility VAM.
9- May mount one banner not to exceed 48 sq ft to tent without
additional permit.
10- All airborne devices (flags, pennants, balloons, etc.) are prohibited per Ordinance 16-03-25.
11- Smoking prohibited in enclosed spaces, regulated per Ordinance #06-11- 018.
12- Noise ordinance in effect 10 pm-7 am daily, per Ordinance #97-04-13.
13- Any/all food provisions must be approved by the Health and Food Safety Department under a separate temporary Health Permit.
15- Subject to approval by Fire Prevention and Police Departments.
16- Refer to attached fire prevention letter for additional comments.
