1- The maximum area of a PDS is 96 sq. ft the minimum setback is 15 ft from the property line.
2- The maximum height of a PDS is 16 ft.
3- A maximum of one PDS is allowed along a major street frontage per subdivision or commercial site.
4- The sign permit number, date installed, and sign contractor’s name must be placed on the sign in no less than one inch in height in a conspicuous place on the sign.
5- A PDS installed on a lot where a contractor requests a final inspection must be removed prior to the final inspection and issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy.
PDS signs must be removed when 75% of the homes in the subdivision have been issued a building permit.
6- May not encroach any easements, ROW or VAM.
