REFACE EXISTING SIGN
1- The design, materials, and finish of an MIS-1 shall match those of the buildings on the same lot.
2- A minimum one-foot (1') masonry border is required with mortar border around all four sides of a monument sign.
3- Maximum area of sign is 60 square ft excluding the one-foot (1') masonry border required around sign.
4- An MIS-1 constructed entirely of masonry materials, as defined in comprehensive zoning ordinance as it currently exists or may be amended, shall satisfy the one (1) foot masonry border requirement.
5- Maximum height of sign is eight feet (8') from grade.
6- Sign must be supported from the grade to the bottom of the sign having or appearing to have a solid and opaque base.
7- Sign must be minimum fifteen feet (15') from front property line.
8- Minimum side and rear setback from the property line shall be equal to the height of the sign.
9- A lot is allowed a maximum of one MIS-1 per street frontage.
10- Must obtain permit from ROW and city line locate confirmation number from linelocate@friscotexas.gov, 972.292.5808 or on the My Frisco app.
11- Franchise and city utilities shall be located prior to construction of sign.
12- May not encroach any easements, ROW or VAM.
