1-May be painted on, or erected parallel to, and not extending out more than twelve (12) inches from the façade of any building to which it is attached.
2-Must be supported throughout its entire length by the building face.
3-May not extend above the roof line.
4-Must be contained vertically and horizontally within the tenant’s lease space.
5-Signage panel, lettering and graphics shall be made of wood, sign foam that simulates wood, or metal.
6-Letters or graphics may be internally-illuminated and glow either with a halo-illumination effect, or glow through their front faces. The use of neon is permitted.
7-No exposed raceways, transformers or conduit are permitted.
8-All indirect signage lighting must be shielded to prevent the light from shining directly into traffic, upper floor windows, or pedestrian’s eyes.
9-The length of the wall sign shall not exceed 75% of the overall leased wall length of wall on which it is erected.
10-Height of wall signs is limited to four (4) feet when located on first and second floor of the building. Height of wall signs is limited to ten (10) feet when located on upper floors of the building.
