A WALL SIGN MAY NOT BE ERECTED OR PLACED ON A PARAPET WALL, UNLESS THE PARAPET WALL EXTENDS AROUND THE ENTIRE PERIMETER OF THE BUILDING AT THE SAME ELEVATION. WALL SIGN MAY NOT EXTEND MORE THAN TWELVE INCHES (12") FROM THE FACE OF THE BUILDING ON WHICH IT IS ATTACHED AND THE SPACE BETWEEN THE BACK OF THE SIGN AND THE WALL SHALL BE CLOSED AT ALL EDGES WITH NON-COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS.
WALL SIGN MUST BE MINIMUM OF NINE FEET (9') ABOVE GRADE.
SIGN MAY NOT GO ABOVE ROOF-LINE.
CITY OF FRISCO ELECTRICAL SIGN PERMIT & INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS
1. All Electrical Sign Contractors must be registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations as an Electrical Sign Contractor to Install Listed Electric Signs.
2. All Electrical Sign Contractors must be registered with the City of Frisco.
3. After Sign is installed need to call for Electrical Final Inspection.
4. Electrical Signs must be Design and Installed per the National Electrical Code Article 600 and all Amendments stated in the City of Frisco Ordinance.
5. The Sign Permit must be on job site at all times.
*SIGN CANNOT BLINK, FLASH, STROBE, FADE OR SCROLL.*
**Exterior lighting luminaires existing on the effective date of this Ordinance which are located on private nonresidential property and are found to direct light or glare to a Protected Residential Property shall be declared a public nuisance if the level of illumination on the Protected Residential Property, which is caused by the luminaires, is greater than one-quarter (¼) foot-candle.**
