THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF SUBDIVISION MONUMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF THE GOVERNING ZONING DISTRICT.
MAY NOT BE ERECTED WITH AN AREA DESIGNATED AS FUTURE ROW AS IT CURRENTLY EXISTS OR MAY BE AMENDED.
PLANS MUST BE ENGINEERED. ALL SUBDIVISION IDENTITY SIGNS SHALL BE LOCATED WITHIN THE PLATTED LIMITS OF A RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION TO WHICH IT PERTAINS. SUBDIVISION IDENTITY SIGN MAY NOT PROJECT FROM THE FACIA OF THE WALL MORE THAN ONE INCH.
