1- 100% of all roof areas shall comply with the specifications of the federal environmental protection agency’s energy star cool roof program, as it exists or may be amended. Ultra-ply TPO membrane. 3.5” iso (r-20.5ci).
2- All work performed must meet the 2015 IBC standards, local amendments and abide by the City of Frisco comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and all other city Ordinances.
3- Subject to field inspections.

5- Project is subject to the "cool roof" program (energy star) with minimum; (IECC 402.2.1.1) low slope roofs {2:12} initial solar reflectance value of 0.70 & 0.55 (after 3 years); initial thermal emittance of 0.75 or more & 0.75 after 3 years. Initial solar reflectance index {SRI} of 82 and 64 after 3 years.
6- For steep roofs solar reflectance of 0.25 (initial), 0.15 (after 3 years); 0.80 or more thermal emittance. Manufacturer’s documentation of selected roofing materials must be submitted in detail. (info must include the "after-3-years" values as required).

8- Cool roofs began in 2006, any roofs done before that are grandfathered in and have standard notes. Commercial fee is $450 for multiple units in a complex.
