CONCRETE PAD NOTED AS ENCROACHING EASEMENT. PLACE ABOVE GROUND STRUCTURE (SPA/POOL) OUTSIDE OF EASEMENT(S). AS NOTED BY BUILDING OFFICIAL, REMOVE CONCRETE TO ALLOW 2 FEET MIN. OF DRAINAGE AREA IN SWALE.
01. POOLS AND SPAS MUST BE DESIGNED & CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH NSPI STANDARDS AND THE CURRENT IRC AS ADOPTED & AMENDED.
02. DUAL HYDRAULICALLY BALANCED MAIN DRAINS REQUIRED ON EACH SUCTION SYSTEM INCLUDING CIRCULATION, BOOSTERS, WATER FALL OR FEATURES. MAIN DRAIN COVERS/GRATES MUST BE ANSI/ASME A112.19.8 - 2007 OR SUCCESSOR STANDARD APPROVED AND MUST HAVE MINIMUM 3 FT SEPARATION BETWEEN INSIDE EDGES OF COVER/GRATE TO COVER/GRATE. ALL SUCTION SUMPS MUST BE INSTALLED PRIOR TO B-STEEL INSPECTION.
05. GAS VENT TO TERMINATE MINIMUM 5' HORIZONTAL FROM OPENABLE WINDOW OR 3' MINIMUM ABOVE.
06. WINDOWS WITHIN 36" OF WALKWAY OR < 5' TO WATER MUST BE TEMPERED/SAFETY GLAZED TO CODE.
07. CERTIFICATION OF POOL PROTECTION DEVICE INSTALLATION TO BE SIGNED AND ON SITE AT PRE-PLASTER INSPECTION.
08. CONTRACTORS: INFORM HOMEOWNER OF NECESSITY FOR INSPECTORS TO ACCESS BACKYARD.
12. CONTRACTOR REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH ALL ORDINANCES. DOCUMENTATION AVAILABLE TO ASSIST YOU AT CITY OFFICES.
15. PLEASE NOTE: THIS PLACARD DOES NOT INCLUDE ALL REQUIREMENTS.
16. NO ELECTRICAL CONDUCTORS SMALLER THAN NUMBER 12 COPPER ALLOWED.
23. NO PART OF POOL BEAM OR DECK MAY BE BUILT IN ANY EASEMENT. ANYTHING PLACED IN AN EASEMENT IS SUBJECT TO REMOVAL OR RELOCATION AT HOMEOWNER EXPENSE.
