Notes:
1- CONTINGENT UPON COMPLIANCE WITH P+Z & CIVIL ENGG APPROVALS OF FINAL SITE PLAN, BLDG CODE & CITY REQUIREMENTS, PERTINENT LEGISLATIONS AND REVIEW COMMENTS.
2- ALL STRUCT'L ISSUES PERTINENT TO THIS PROJECT (INCLUDING WORK BY OTHERS, EXTERIOR WALLS' STUD SIZES & GAUGES, ANCHORING, FASTENING, ETC.) TO BE UNDER THE COORDINATION AND RESPONSIBILITY SEAL (OR CO-SEAL) OF THE STRUCT'L ENGR OF RECORD.
3- ADEQUACY OF DUMPSTER ENCL. SYST. TO BE VERIFIED AND APPROVED BY THE ENVIRONM'L SVCS DEPT. PRIOR STARTING ANY CONSTRUCTION.
4- ANY INCREASE IN SALES AREA, HAVING UNDIVIDED SPACE REACHING 3000 SQ. FEET OF FLOOR AND OVER, SHALL REQUIRE A VESTIBULE TO BE ADDED AT THE STOREFRONT ENTRANCE. (A VESTIBULE AT THE REAR ENTRANCE MAY BE OMITTED IF THAT ENTRANCE IS USED ONLY AS AN EMERGENCY EXIT).
5- NO MECH'L EQUIPMENT IS PERMITTED ON ROOF UNLESS:
a) COMPLETE PERIMETER PARAPET (OR OTHER APPROVED ARCH'L ELEMENT) IS PROVIDED FOR 100% SCREENING OF EQUIPMENT.
b) ROOF IS ACCESSIBLE VIA INTERNAL STEEL LADDER AND ROOF HATCH.
c) ROOF DRAINAGE SYSTEM IS DESIGNED TO FIT SCREENING CONDITIONS AS REQ'D.
6- DEMISING WALLS AND OCCUPANCY SEPARATION WALLS TO BE 1 HR RATED UP TO THE UNDERSIDE OF ROOF DECK AND FIRE SEALED AS REQ'D.
7- PROVIDE MOP OR UTILITY SINK (LOCATION OPTIONAL SUBJECT TO INSP. APPROVAL).
8- SUBJECT TO M.E.P. REVIEWS, FIRE MARSHAL AND FIELD INSPECTIONS.
