Food Vendor Requirements:
1. Food handlers must wear hair restraints that cover the full base of the head (ball cap, hairnet, etc - no visors).
2. Temporary hand wash station.
3. No bare hand contact.
4. 3 compartment wash station required.
5. Chemical test strips for sanitizer must be present.
