Food Vendor Requirements:
1. Food handlers must wear hair restraints that cover the full base of the head (ball cap, hairnet, etc - no visors).
2. Temporary hand wash station.
3. No bare hand contact.
4. 3 compartment wash, rinse, sanitize station must be present (with sanitizer test strips)

8. Hot holding must be used for hot holding of potentially hazardous foods.
9. Food service must be positioned so that the customer line is directed away from the drive path.
