Food Vendor Requirements:
1. Full hair restraint.
2. Temporary hand wash station – Will be provided
3. Trash receptacle at booth.
4. Food may not be left unattended.
5. Food must be covered at all times.
6. Food must be offered in/on disposable surface.
7. No bare hand contact.
8. Temporary 3 compartment wash, rinse, sanitize station must be present (with sanitizer test strips)
9. No food may be stored directly on the ground.
10. Mechanical refrigeration MUST be used for holding potentially hazardous food. Ice may not be used to hold potentailly hazardous food cold.
11. Hot holding must be used for hot foods. (i.e. chaffing dishes with sternos or hot holding boxes)
