1- All work performed must meet the 2018 IRC standards and abide by the City of Frisco comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, and all other city Ordinances.

3- All retaining walls must be on or inside the property line. Retaining walls in excess of 36 inches in height must provide engineered plans. The fence shall not exceed 8 feet measured from the highest point of grade directly adjacent.

6- Pier and footing inspections required prior to placing concrete.
7- Owner will be responsible for any expenses due to property damage and/or retaining wall damage built in the utility easement.
