8 FT IN HEIGHT RETAINING WALL LOCATIONS AS SPECIFIED ON SITE PLAN AND REFERENCE APPROVED PLANS.
SHALL NOT BE LOCATED WITH ANY DEDICATED EASEMENTS.
LETTER OF ENGINEER FINAL ACCEPTANCE REQUIRED FOR INSPECTION AND CONSTRUCTION CONFORMANCE WITH DESIGN DRAWINGS.
PROVIDE EROSION CONTROL THROUGHOUT CONSTRUCTION. PROVIDE SOIL STABILIZATION AT COMPLETION OF PROJECT.
***NO PORTION OF RETAINING WALL SHALL BE LOCATED IN ADJACENT FLOODWAY EASEMENT.
***GRADING CHANGE SHALL NOT OBSTRUCT DRAINAGE OF ADJACENT PROPERTIES.
***DRAINAGE SWALE SHALL BE LOCATED ON HIGH SIDE OF WALL WHEN WALL IS LOCATED WITHIN 1' OF PROPERTY LINE.
***GRADING SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL DETAILS OF CIVIL DESIGN DRAWINGS.
***DRAINAGE MATERIAL SHALL BE FREE OF FOREIGN DEBRIS.
***MEANS FOR RELIEF OF HYDROSTATIC PRESSURES ON WALL (DRAINAGE) REQUIRED FOR ALL WALLS IN EXCESS OF 2 FEET.
Retaining wall shall not be constructed within 5’ utility easement.
