***SCREENING WALL CONTRACTOR TO COORDINATE WITH ANY ASSOCIATED RETAINING WALLS TO AVOID DAMAGING DRAINAGE FIELD WITH FOUNDATION INSTALLATIONS.
***IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OWNER AND CONTRACTOR TO COORDINATE WITH ADJACENT DEVELOPMENT AND HOMES TO AVOID PROPERTY DAMAGE AND ENCUMBRANCES UPON THEIR PRIVATE PROPERTY. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO NOTIFY RESIDENTS OF INTENTS PRIOR TO MOBILIZATION TO AVOID CONFLICT AND BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR AND DEVELOPER OF FRISCO. WHEN NUISANCE ARE CREATED BY INSTALLATION OF PARALLEL FENCES OR RETAINING WALLS, ACTION WILL BE TAKEN UPON ALL PROPERTIES DEEMED A CAUSE OF THE NUISANCE.

PERMIT APPROVAL AND PARTIAL CONSTRUCTION OF SCREENING WALL WILL NOT RESULT IN FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF A PROJECT OR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS. BUILDING INSPECTIONS WILL NOT ACCEPT A SITE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT WITHOUT AN APPROVED SITE PLAN THAT REFLECTS SCREENING AS REQUIRED BY AN APPROVED SITE PLAN AND COMPLETELY CONSTRUCTED IN CONFORMANCE WITH ZONING ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS.
