304. THE BOTTOM OF THE FENCE SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED TO PREVENT GROUND TO WOOD CONTACT.
305. *ALL WOOD MATERIAL SHALL BE STAINED, PRESSURE TREATED, PAINTED, OR ADEQUATELY SEALED TO PREVENT DECAY.
