SHALL NOT BE LOCATED WITH ANY DEDICATED EASEMENTS.
PROVIDE EROSION CONTROL THROUGHOUT CONSTRUCTION. PROVIDE SOIL STABILIZATION AT COMPLETION OF PROJECT.
