Ms. Capozzi,
The Director of Public Works has agreed to allow the installation of pair of chain link gates across the twenty foot Drainage and Utility Easement at the Northeast corner of your property. Conditions for this approval are as follows:
• The grades on the adjacent property dictate that the gates swing in toward Frisco Montessori property.
• Removal of the existing storage building.
• Written acknowledgement that any damage caused to the gates and/or fence due to necessary access for repair or replacement of utilities in this easement shall be the responsibility of Frisco Montessori.
