6 FT IN HEIGHT RETAINING WALL LOCATIONS AS SPECIFIED ON SITE PLAN AND REFERENCE APPROVED PLANS.
SUBJECT TO FIELD INSPECTION APPROVAL. CALL (972) 292-5386 FOR FOOTING AND BUILDING FINAL INSPECTION REQUIRED.
SHALL NOT BE LOCATED WITH ANY DEDICATED EASEMENTS.
LETTER OF ENGINEER FINAL ACCEPTANCE REQUIRED FOR INSPECTION AND CONSTRUCTION CONFORMANCE WITH DESIGN DRAWINGS.
PROVIDE EROSION CONTROL THROUGHOUT CONSTRUCTION. PROVIDE SOIL STABILIZATION AT COMPLETION OF PROJECT.
