FENCE WITH STONE COLUMNS SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED ALONG THE EASTERN EDGE OF THE PROPERTY ALONG THE COMMON PROPERTY LINE WITH CUSTER CREEK ESTATES (THE "FENCE"). THE FENCE MUST BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY AND SHOULD BE AS CLOSE TO THE PROPERTY LINE AS POSSIBLE BUT MOVED WEST FROM THE PROPERTY LINE IF NECESSARY TO SAVE EXISTING TREES. A STAGGERED DOUBLE ROW OF EVERGREEN SHRUBS SHALL BE PLANTED ALONG THE ENTIRE WESTERN SIDE OF THE FENCE, USING LIVING SCREEN AND SHRUB MATERIALS RECOMMENDED IN THE CZO (THE "LIVING SCREEN"). THE LIVING SCREEN PLANT MATERIALS SHALL BE PLANTED ALONG THE FENCE WITH APPROPRIATE SPACING FOR THE SELECTED SPECIES AND THE PLANT MATERIALS SHALL PROVIDE A SOLID VISUAL SCREEN AT THE END OF TWO (2) GROWING SEASONS. A ONE HUNDRED FOOT (100') WIDE LANDSCAPE BUFFER CONTAINING AN EIGHT FOOT (8') WIDE MEANDERING HIKE AND BIKE TRAIL SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED TO THE WEST OF THE FENCE ( THE "LANDSCAPE BUFFER").
