ENGINEERING COMMETS:
1. One (1) wall system was indicated on the survey. A “wall system” includes the rear or front yard main wall plus any side yard walls.
2. This wall requires permitting and inspection.
3. One set of final grading plans and one set of revised construction plans should be submitted for this wall.
1. All section details should include the statement “no voids” when specifying mortared zones.
2. Specify type and placement of filter fabric on all details.

5 FT IN HEIGHT RETAINING WALL LOCATIONS AS SPECIFIED ON SITE PLAN AND REFERENCE APPROVED PLANS.
SUBJECT TO FIELD INSPECTION APPROVAL. CALL (972) 292-5386 FOR FOOTING AND BUILDING FINAL INSPECTION REQUIRED.
SHALL NOT BE LOCATED WITH ANY DEDICATED EASEMENTS.
LETTER OF ENGINEER FINAL ACCEPTANCE REQUIRED FOR INSPECTION AND CONSTRUCTION CONFORMANCE WITH DESIGN DRAWINGS.
PROVIDE EROSION CONTROL THROUGHOUT CONSTRUCTION. PROVIDE SOIL STABILIZATION AT COMPLETION OF PROJECT.
