PERMIT IS FOR RETAINING WALL ONLY @ VISTA PARK AT PCR AMENITY CENTER SITE.
PERMIT DOES NOT INCLUDE FENCE OR POOL BARRIER.
ALL RETAINING WALLS MUST BE ON OR INSIDE THE PROPERTY LINE AND MAY NOT INTERFERE WITH DRAINAGE OF OR ON ADJOINING PROPERTIES.
Retaining walls that are not laterally supported at the top and that retain in excess of 24 inches (610 mm) of unbalanced fill shall be designed to ensure stability against overturning, sliding, excessive foundation pressure and water uplift. Retaining walls shall be designed for a safety factor of 1.5 against lateral sliding and overturning.
Retaining walls shall be designed to ensure stability against overturning, sliding, excessive foundation pressure and water uplift. Retaining walls shall be designed for a safety factor of 1.5 against lateral sliding and overturning.
ALL WORK PERFORMED MUST MEET THE 2006 IBC STANDARDS AND ABIDE BY THE CITY OF FRISCO COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE AND ALL OTHER CITY ORDINANCES, & LOCAL AMENDMENTS.
