1. ENGINEERS DESIGN WILL NOT SUPPORT SURCHARGE LOADS OF BUILDINGS OR PARKING AREAS.
2. ON-STREET STAGING AND PARKING SHALL BE COORDINATED AND APPROVED BY FIRE AND POLICE DEPARTMENTS.
3. THIS PERMIT IS NOT INTENDED TO IMPLY HOA OR PRIVATE HOMEOWNER APPROVAL OF CONSTRUCTION.
4. MINIMUM 4' CONSTRUCTION BARRIER SHALL BE INSTALLED AND MAINTAINED THROUGHOUT CONSTRUCTION. PERMANENT 4' BARRIER SHALL BE INSTALLED AS A PORTION OF THIS PERMIT. PROVIDED A FENCE WALL EMBED DETAIL.
5. DRAINAGE SWALES SHALL DISCHARGE OVER WALL WITHOUT DETAINING ANY SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF WATER OR TERMINATE THROUGH WALL VIA DRAINAGE PIPING SYSTEM.
6. PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING TEMPORARY PIER INSTALLATION FOR EXISTING STRUCTURES IF INSTALLED.
7. LETTER OF ENGINEER FINAL ACCEPTANCE REQUIRED FOR INSPECTION AND CONSTRUCTION CONFORMANCE WITH DESIGN DRAWINGS.
* PROVIDE GEOTECH REPORT PERFORMED BY BRYANT CONSULTING, INC ON FEB 12, 2009.
* PROVIDE ACCESS LETTER AGREEMENTS FROM AFFECTED HOMEOWNERS.
* PROVIDE ENGINEERED DESIGN DRAWINGS PRIOR TO BEGINNING CONSTRUCTION.
*** SUBJECT TO FIELD INSPECTION AND APPROVAL. CALL (972) 292-5386 FOR PIER AND FOOTING INSPECTIONS PRIOR TO PLACING CONCRETE. CALL FOR INSPECTION OF CMU WALL PLACEMENT. BUILDING FINAL INSPECTION REQUIRED.
