1. * ALL FENCES MUST BE ON OR INSIDE THE PROPERTY LINE. MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF FENCE (INCLUDING RETAINING WALL) IN REAR IS 8 (EIGHT) FEET FROM GRADE. MAXIMUM HEIGHT FOR FENCES PLACED IN FRONT OF BUILDING LINE IS 4 (FOUR) FEET FROM GRADE.
2. * ALL RETAINING WALLS MUST BE ON OR INSIDE THE PROPERTY LINE. RETAINING WALLS 24 INCHES OR GREATER IN HEIGHT MUST PROVIDE ENGINEERED PLANS. THE COMBINED HEIGHT OF RETAINING WALL AND FENCE MAY NOT EXCEED 8 FEET FROM GRADE.
3. SUBJECT TO FIELD INSPECTION APPROVAL.
4. CALL (972) 292-5386 FOR INSPECTION.
5. * PIER AND FOOTING INSPECTIONS REQUIRED PRIOR TO PLACING CONCRETE.
6. * OWNER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EXPENSES DUE TO PROPERTY DAMAGE AND/OR RETAINING WALL DAMAGE BUILT IN THE UTILITY EASEMENT.
