1. 0 FT TO3 FT IN HEIGHT RETAINING WALL AND 6' BRICK SCREEN WALL LOCATIONS AS SPECIFIED ON FINAL PLAT FOR LOTS 15 & 16 AND REFERENCE ACCEPTED PLANS.
2. SUBJECT TO FIELD INSPECTION AND APPROVAL. CALL (972) 292-5386 FOR PIER AND FOOTING INSPECTIONS PRIOR TO PLACING CONCRETE. PROPERTY CORNERS MUST BE LOCATED TO VERIFY PLACEMENT.
3. ENGINEERS DESIGN WILL NOT SUPPORT SURCHARGE LOADS OF BUILDINGS, POOLS OR STREETS ON PROJECT AREA WHICH IS TO BE OWNED AND MAINTAINED BY THE HOA.
4. BRICK VENEER TO BE APPLIED TO CONCRETE RETAINING WALL PORTIONS OF SCREEN.
5. STRUCTURAL ENGINEER OF RECORD MUST DETERMINE FINAL PIER DEPTH PRIOR TO PLACEMENT OF CONCRETE.
6. STRUCTURAL ENGINEER OF RECORD SHALL DETERMINE SITE CONDITION COMPLIANCE WITH DESIGN PARAMETERS PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION.
7. STRUCTURAL ENGINEER TO PROVIDE INSPECTIONS DURING CONSTRUCTION PRIOR TO BACK FILL. DOCUMENTATION OF INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE BY DESIGN ENGINEER SHALL BE PROVIDED UPON COMPLETION VERIFYING COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS.
8. ALL CONSTRUCTION TO BE LOCATED ON HOA PROPERTIES WITHIN LIMITS OF WALL MAINTENANCE EASEMENT.
