1. 1/4" per foot slope for driveway running north.
2. drive to be used to store RV.
3. reconnect any/all downspouts.
4. recommended: provide copy of HOA app'l. letter to the City of Frisco.
5. original driveway width is 16', additional drive width 16' max. 32' only.
6. see visibility clip for alley's attached to permit, the last column at north west corner will have to be moved to obtain proper separation distance.
7. remove drain at middle of drive, cannot direct runoff across sidewalk.
8. homeowner may pour in easement, no liability will be held upon the City of Frisco for repairs if needed at a later date.
9. install yellow metal cover over gas test vault.
10. Max. height of fence is 8' measured from inside grade.
