ELECTRICAL RENOVATIONS IN AND AROUND CASHIER AREA.

Electrical ordinance 13-10-67
These are general notes: items can be verified in the field. Primary and secondary protection is required. On transformers, Tap rules will apply.
01. minimum #12 copper conductors permitted except for controls. Lighting COMchheck computations must match plans.
02. only aluminium wire permitted in service entrance and feeders 1/0 and larger stabil-alloy series 6000 & 8000 (grounding conductor must be copper)
03. Pull equipment grounds in all raceways.
04. Provide exit and emergency lighting as noted and required per 2012 IBC.
05. Lighting and controls shall comply with 2006 iecc where applicable.
06 All exterior lighting shall comply with comprehensive zoning ordinance article iv section 6 lighting & glare requirements.
07All electrical installations will be subject to field inspections and inspector approvals.
08. All conductors must terminate in devices that have been properly tightened to manufacturer's torque specifications using the proper torque tool.
09. Refer to city ordinance section 6 lighting and glare requirements.
10. An as- build legible panel schedule shall be affixed to the inside of electrical panels for each tenant.
11. Electrical will be designed and installed per the 2011 national electrical code with local amendments stated in city of frisco ordinance 13-10-67 along with the following comments
12. Any wire/conductor used in HVAC plenum area shall be plenum rated.
13. Grounding and bonding shall comply with article 250. Building structural steel, ground rod, copper domestic cold water pipe (ufer if available per NEC article 250.81
14 the grounded conductor smaller then #6 awg must be white or gray insulation no phasing wires per NEC article 200.7
15 the grounding conductor smaller then #6 awg must be green insulation or bare per NEC article 250.119
