Separate submittal for fire marshal review, fire sprinkler, fire alarm, fire underground, and /or any additional requirements as set forth by the fire department need to be submitted directly to the fire marshal’s office for approval (Fire Inspection 972-292-6328) . *Prior to the vertical construction of any structures, the approved fire lanes and fire hydrants for the site must be installed and approved by both the City Engineer Inspector and the Fire Marshal’s office. *No signage is permitted. A separate permit is required for signs including Monumental signs and way-finders. *No Civil or Landscape plans are approved with this permit packet.**
