Subject: 6695 Backstretch Blvd - Backflow testing
Dear Ms.Griffin,
I have received your notice regarding pending Backflow testing at my home located at 6695 Backstretch Blvd Frisco TX 75034.
We have installed a Water softener when we moved in to the Home in Oct 2016.
However, on Nov 22nd 2017, we had a major Fire incident at the home, located in the Garage close to the water softener. Due to the fire, we have had to move out of the Home pending repairs and reconstruction. As such, as of today, March 4th 2018,we are not residing at the home, nor using the water connection.
I assumed that the Backflow testing can be on hold until the repairs are completed and we start using the water connection again. Currently, the supply to the Water softener seems to be broken due to the damage, but I am not sure.
Please advise.
