5- FINAL EXIT CORRIDOR LAYOUT WITH RECESSED TENANT'S DOORS ARE SUBJECT TO FUTURE SUBMITTAL & APPROVAL OF TENANT'S FINISH-OUT PLANS.
6- GLAZED TENANT'S DEMISING PARTITIONS AND/OR TENANT'S GLAZED ENTRANCES MUST BE DESIGNED FOR 1 HR FIRE/SMOKE APPROVED FRAMED SYSTEMS WITH SAFETY GLASS PANELS LABELED FOR A MINIMUM OF 45-MINUTE RATING.
