DANIEL WHORNHAM, 12/19/2023, ELECT FINAL FAILED on B23-04930:
1) Panel locations do not meet with the approved layout.
2) Noted wires touching roof underneath panels. Need wire management.
3) Need a placard on the exterior that is house specific and oriented to the street showing all equipment and panel locations.
4) Need paint pen markings for volts and amps , not marker.
5) Piercing "line side taps" are not allowed, unless UL listed and approved for this application. Can send any qualifying documentation for review via email, or replace with approved connections, or back feed.
Correct all items, send any drawings for approval, pay fees, and then reschedule. Electrician will need to be on site for next inspection.
