STORAGE SHED
This permit is issued for the use of a storage shed/accessory structure only. Office space or any other type of businesses is strictly prohibited.
All work performed must meet the 2018 IRC standards and abide by the City of Frisco comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, and all other city Ordinances.
No electrical or plumbing permit requested or issued.
Must be a minimum of 3 ft from any side property line and 3 ft from rear property line with an alley or green space.
Must maintain min 10' from house to encroach on rear setback of house.
Header height of the structure cannot be greater than 8 ft if backing to an alleyway and cannot encroach any easements.
