Temporary Construction Trailer
1- Permit is for one 500 sq. ft construction trailer with electrical & plumbing.
2- No fencing, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical requested or authorized.
3- Contingent upon compliance with review comments.
4- All work performed must meet the 2018 IBC standards, local amendments and abide by the City of Frisco comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and all other city Ordinances.
5- May be subject to Fire Marshal and field inspections.
6- All contractors must be registered prior to start of project.
7- Subject to field inspection approval.
8- Call (972) 292-5386 for inspection.
9- Please note address assigned to temporary trailer may be different from primary construction site.
10- Trailer must be removed prior to issue of any certificate of occupancy on the property.
11- Fences shall be located within the property lines and shall not be located in or across the fire lane without approval from the Fire Marshall
12- Banners may not be attached to trailer, fencing, or posts. Banners are not allowed as defined in Ordinance 16-03-25.
13- Project development signs require a separate sign permit.
