PERMIT SPECIFICS/COMMENTS:
Drainage- All lots must drain per the City Approved Lot Drainage Plan and lot to lot drainage is not allowed without approval from the Director of Engineering. Lots that utilize retaining walls are required to ensure that surface drainage does not drain over
the retaining walls to lower adjacent lots. As per Local Amendment to 2018 IRC section R401.3 “The slope at any spot on any residential lot shall not exceed 1 vertical unit in 3 horizontal units (i.e. 33%). Ordinance # 16-12-102 and 19-11-02.
Enhanced Paving requirements- as per Ordinance 11-04-09 section 4.07.18 Residential Front Entry Garage Standards (D) Driveways and entry sidewalks shall incorporate a decorative paving technique from the following: Earth-toned colored concrete (stain mixed in, (not after), Stamped/patterned concrete, or Brick/pave stones.
