1-All work performed must meet the 2015 IBC, IMC, IPC, IECC, IFC, & 2014 NEC Standards, abide by the City of Frisco Zoning Ordinance (13-06-36) and all other city ordinances and local amendment.
2-(806.7) Interior trim; materials, other than foam plastics used as trim shall have preferably class A flame spread (0-25) & smoke-developed index (0-450) per ASTM E-84 or UL 723.Combustible trim, excluding handrails & guardrails, shall not exceed 10 percent of the aggregate wall or ceiling area to which it is attached.
3- 1008.1 Illumination required. The means of egress, serving a room or space shall be illuminated at all times that the room or space is occupied.
Exceptions: 1). Occupancies in Group U. 2). Aisle accessways in Group A. 3). Dwelling units and sleeping units in Groups R-1, R-2 and R-3. 4). Sleeping units of Group I occupancies.
1008.2.1 Illumination level. The means of egress illumination level shall not be less than 1 footcandle (11 lux) at the walking surface.
4-1008.3 Emergency power for illumination. The power supply for means of egress illumination shall normally be provided by the premises’ electrical supply.
1008.3.1 In the event of power supply failure in rooms and spaces that require two or more means of egress, an emergency electrical system shall automatically illuminate all of the following areas:
1). Aisles 2). Corridors 3). Exit access stairways and ramps. 4). Toilet rooms containing two or more water closets or a combination of water closet and urinal.
5-1008.3.5 Illumination level under emergency power. Emergency lighting facilities shall be arranged to provide initial illumination that is at least an average of 1 footcandle (11 lux) and a minimum at any point of 0.1 footcandle (1 lux) measured along the path of egress at floor level.
Illumination levels shall be permitted to decline to 0.6 footcandle (6 lux) average and a minimum at any point of 0.06 footcandle (0.6 lux) at the end of the emergency lighting time duration. A maximum-to-minimum illumination uniformity ratio of 40 to 1 shall not be exceeded.
6- All public bath/ rest rooms are required to comply with Accessibility standards IBC (ICC A117.1),& TAS. Subject to the Federal ADA requirements.
7- Hi/lo drinking fountains required (2902.1 & 1109.5.1).
8- Provide service sink (2902.1).
9- Any duct penetrations thru demising walls shall have fire/smoke dampers installed.
10- Tempered windows/glass where applicable.
11- Millwork to meet TAS requirements.
12-413.1 General. High-piled stock or rack storage in any occupancy group shall comply with the International Fire Code.
13-Subject to the Federal ADA requirements.
