RESIDENTIAL MATERIALS REQUIREMENTS:

EXTERIOR CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS ARE FIRED BRICK, NATURAL AND MANUFACTURED STONE, GRANITE, MARBLE, ARCHITECTURAL CONCRETE BLOCK, AND 3-STEP STUCCO PROCESS FOR ALL STRUCTURES.
