ALL FIRE FEATURES TO BE CONSIDERED AS APPLIANCES SHALL BE TESTED AND LISTED BY A NRTL AS COMPLIANT WITH ANZI Z21.42 OR Z21.97, OTHERWISE THEY SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS OPEN BURNING FIRE PITS AND SUBJECT TO THE SETBACK REQUIREMENT OF THE INTERNATIONAL FIRE CODE AND COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE.
