1-All Energy related construction documents shall be present for plan review and on the job site for inspections. (See C103.3.1).
2-Project is subject to the "Cool roof" program (Energy Star) with minimum; (IECC 402.3) Low Slope Roofs {2:12} Three-year aged Solar Reflectance value of 0.55 , Three-year aged Thermal Emittance of 0.75 & Three-year aged Solar Reflectance Index {SRI} of 64 . Steep Slope roofs must have an initial solar reflectance of = 0.25. After 3 years, the solar reflectance must be =0.15.
3-Rigid Insulation above roof deck to be R-25ci (continuous Insulation)
