Contingent upon compliance with review comments, code requirement and pertinent legislations. Reference approved redlines plans and plan review history document for any & all plan review comments.
All work performed must meet the 2012 IBC, IMC, IPC, IFC, IECC, & 2011 NEC Standards, abide by the City of Frisco Zoning Ordinance (11-04-09) and all other city ordinances and local amendments .
All subcontractors must validate and obtain current registration with the city prior to start of project.
Subject to M.E.P. & fire marshal reviews and field inspections. Call (972) 292-5386 for inspection.
***issuance of building permit does not include fire marshal approval. Separate submittal for fire marshal review, fire sprinkler, fire alarm, fire underground, and /or any additional requirements as set forth by the fire department need to be submitted directly to the fire marshal office for approval. Subject to the Federal ADA requirements.
