4. STRUCT'L ENGR OF RECORD TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEW & COORDINATION OF ALL PERTINENT STRUCT'L DESIGNS (BLDGS & SITE) FOR THE ENTIRE PROJECT.
5. ATTIC'S AREAS, IF MADE USABLE FOR ANY MECH'L EQUIPMENT, PROPER STRUCT'L DESIGN OF CLG/DECKING SYSTEM MUST BE PROVIDED.
6. ALL WORK PERFORMED MUST MEET THE 2006 INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE, LOCAL AMENDMENTS AND ABIDE BY THE CITY OF FRISCO COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE AND ALL OTHER CITY ORDINANCES. LICENSED
