* FOOTER THICKNESS 12" MIN & WIDTH 6" EACH SIDE OF FIREPLACE WALL.
* OUTDOOR KITCHEN SINK MUST DRAIN TO THE SANITARY SEWER DRAIN THROUGH TRAPPED MEANS.
