1. Base allowed for temporary construction only, permanent shall be concrete. 24' concrete pavement required.
2. Sidewalk shall be installed to conform to approved P&Z site plan. 3. Relocation of curb inlet not part of this permit, engineering review and approval required.
4. All graded disturbed areas to be stabilized immediately after final grading.
5. contingent upon P+Z/ Civil Engineering Approvals of final site plan/bldg elevations, compliance to bldg code & local requirements, pertinent legislations and review comments.
6. Hardscape and Landscape not approved or permitted under this permit.
7. Prepour and Building Final inspections required.
