MIKE CRAIN AND JEFF MAXWELL MADE A SITE VISIT 11-13-2007 TO INSPECT DAMAGED AREAS. THERE IS NO STRUCTURAL DAMAGE. THIS IS A COMPLETE DEMO AND FIRE RESTORATION. NEW ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL & {PLUMBING ABOVE THE SLAB} WILL BE INSTALLED. (2)--13 SEER RATED HVAC SYSTEMS ARE REQ'D.
KITCHEN------THERE ARE TWO TJI'S THAT WILL NEED WEB SPLICING CHORD TO CHORD TO REINFORCE WHERE HVAC DUCT PENETRATED THE WEB AREA OF I-JOIST AND THE BOTTOM CHORD OF THE ADJACENT TJI. THE CITY HAS ON TWO OCCASIONS MET WITH HOMEOWNER/CONTRACTOR AND EXPLAINED ALL ISSUES.
