(12/10/2007 11:43 PDC) AT THE REQUEST OF HOME OWNER, TWISTER CONSTRUCTION WAS REPLACED AS CONTRACTOR FOR THE PROJECT. HE ASKED THAT HIMSELF BE LISTED AS CONTRACTOR SO HE MAY PROCEED WITH COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT HIMSELF.
