1. Approved P&Z plan required 79 parking spaces. By ordinance 114 would be required. Minimum spaces required shall be maintained as per approved P&Z plan (79 with one loading). If deleting parking space, new shall be added for offstreet parking at alternate location.
2. Shall maintain accessible route from all building elements.
