1. subject to field approved inspections.
2. all construction shall comply with IBC 2003.
3. roof decking that is exposed must be fire treated.
3a. double felt underlayment req'd.
4. an oil based paint shall be applied to underside of exposed decking.
5. electrical installations shall comply with NEC 1999, minimum 12 awg.
